Dee Blankenship holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at San Diego and her law degree from the University of Louisville, Kentucky.

When she’s not lost in a good book or penning her thoughts, you might find her watching the 2005 version of Pride & Prejudice. She hopes her book sparks curiosity and inspires younger readers to explore and appreciate Austen’s original novels.

She loves living in sunny Southern California near the Temecula Wine Country with her husband and two grown children.
